« Beyond just signs of Spring »

I've been slowly watching the green appear, it was never really gone, we didn't have much of a Winter this year (see none at all), but this is fresh new green.

Cherry blossoms have been on the trees for weeks, buds are everywhere, crocuses have seen better days. I'm waiting on tulips now, there isn't much of a wait or anticipation of Spring this year. It was here just after Autumn.

As I type this, every window is open, we are in T-shirts, and we've just finished our Spring cleaning. Our dog is shedding all of her unneeded soft coat.

You need not worry about me missing Winter this year, for on Monday, I'm putting myself ahead one hour to visit my loveliest friend Julie, where I presume it's still Winter.

It must be amazing to see an actual change of seasons. Here in Australia, its hot, not so hot, and sometimes it rains. Thats about it!!! LOL

Good luck with your friend!

I planted my chard seeds yesterday. They may not make it, but I am willing to risk $1 in seeds in exchange for the possibility of a bountiful early crop. And the hope of spring and new life. :)

Enjoy your trip!

I feel so far from Spring. The snow is slowly melting today, but I'm so ready for green and fresh. And beauty.

Beautiful picture... the cherry trees here are in full bloom and it's gorgeous. No winter here this year, and I kind of miss it. The children deserved one day of snow, but none appeared. Congrats on getting your cleaning done. I'm envious. ;)

I just adore the daffodils... and the crocuses... and the blossoms. I guess I love all the promise of spring!
